Typically, we are available Monday through Saturday, by appointment only. We are happy to check availability for early mornings and late night appointment requests.


🚫 We’re closed on Sundays so our team can rest and recharge.


Planning ahead helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.


We believe reliability starts with planning. By operating on an appointment basis, we can guarantee on-time arrivals, build personal relationships with clients, and give each trip the attention it deserves — instead of rushing from one ride to the next.


Whenever possible, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us time to secure your spot and coordinate our schedule.

If you need a last-minute ride, give us a call or text — if we can make it work, we will.


Sometimes, yes. While appointments are preferred, we try to accommodate same-day requests whenever our schedule allows. The fastest way to find out is to call or text us directly.

Just share your pickup & drop-off locations, the date and time, and any special notes. We’ll provide a quote and confirm your booking as soon as possible.


Our service is built around a single, standard minivan, which comfortably fits individuals, families, or small groups.

We’re happy to discuss alternatives and work with your group’s needs, but we are unable accommodate large parties in one trip.


Our pricing is straightforward and based on distance, service type, and any wait-and-return time. You can always contact us for a quick quote.

We’ll always be upfront so there are no surprises.


Yes, additional stops and wait-and-return services may involve a separate charge — but we’ll explain everything clearly up front, so you always know what to expect before your ride.


We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Venmo digital payments. Payment is due at the end of the trip unless you’ve made other arrangements in advance.

  • Credit/Debit Cards must be present and swiped by the assigned cardholder. Drivers will verify ID of clients using Credit/Debit cards.
  • Drivers do not carry cash and will not be able to provide change to cash customers.


We regularly provide rides for non-emergency medical appointments. While our vehicle is not wheelchair accessible, we can assist with standard walkers and canes. If you have specific mobility needs, just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.


Yes — we do offer airport trips and special destinations on a case-by-case basis. Advance notice is key for these trips, so contact us early to lock in your spot and get pricing details.
We do not currently provide service to or from Canada.


Yes! We offer local courier and delivery services for small packages and documents (up to 50 lbs). Whether it’s business deliveries, medical items, or personal errands, we treat every delivery with the same care and punctuality that we are known for.


Absolutely. If you have regular appointments or work shifts, we can set up a recurring schedule so you don’t have to worry about re-booking each week. Many of our clients rely on this for peace of mind. Based on availability.


Plans change — we get it. All we ask is that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, simply to keep our schedule fair for other riders.


Yes — safety and trust are at the heart of what we do. All Twin City Transit drivers are fully insured and background-checked.


We also do not outsource drivers. Every ride is handled by our same trusted team, so you’ll always see a familiar, reliable face behind the wheel. Many clients love knowing exactly who’s picking them up every time.


Contact us as soon as you realize it, and we’ll do our best to get your item back to you quickly. Lost & found items are kept securely until they’re returned.
